We improved and promoted recovery of native plants, created temporary shade, became completely environmentally friendly and, all this, with new non-invasive techniques, we got the best out of the coffee plants. Lastly, we managed to shape the flavour of each grain, thus creating a specialty coffee: all thanks to the desire to achieve his dream and his method, patented as Mieludo coffee. He had endeavoured greatly, yet there was still much work to do, but he had finally fulfilled his cherished dream.
